A serving piece in stoneware with a sculptural silhouette, the Askew Oval Server is hand-built from one of Susan’s crafted molds to offer a direction away from the wheel’s circle into an oval form. The stoneware is shaped, fired and then each piece has a graphic, linear intersecting pattern with contrasting whites from the bare warm clay color and the cool Satin White overglaze. These are dishwasher safe and microwaveable. Sweet for a counter assortment of fruit, small shared servings at the table, or a catchall design moment on a console. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and multiples stack easily.
